School funds core assessments at ~$98 per athlete. Families choose their engagement tier -- from digital reports to in-person coaching. Each subscribing family earns the school a $10/month credit. Community events generate additional revenue share. At 45% parent opt-in, net cost drops to ~$13 per athlete.
Parent opt-in grows to ~60% as assessment results spread through the community. Community assessment days and sport-prep clinics build a regular event calendar. Credits now exceed the program fee -- net school cost reaches zero.
