better athlete™ is a founder-led company built on a 20-year track record of youth athletic development in New York City. The founder, Tomas Anthony, has operated six training spaces since 2003 and holds NASM CPT, PES, and CES certifications alongside 25 years of applied research.
The company is guided by a Board of Advisors composed of leaders in sports medicine, female athlete health, youth sports policy, and community development. The advisory board ensures that our methodology remains scientifically current, our programs remain community-accountable, and our mission stays anchored in the people we serve.
